By accessing or using the Ads by Josh website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
SERVICES
Ads by Josh provides Google Ads management and digital advertising services for local home service businesses. Our services include campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and ongoing management. Specific deliverables and terms will be outlined in individual service agreements.
FREE TRIAL
We may offer a free 30-day trial of our services. During the trial period, you are responsible for your own ad spend paid directly to Google. The trial covers our management fee only. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no obligation.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when filling out forms or communicating with us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your accounts. You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Ads by Josh and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Ads by Josh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific advertising results, as performance depends on many factors including market conditions, competition, and ad spend.
TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with access to your advertising accounts and any relevant data. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
COMMUNICATIONS & SMS
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us via phone, email, or text message regarding your inquiry or our services. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
